Fleet Feet NYC's Fall 2024 Turkey Trot 5K Training Program

Program Start: Sunday, September 29, 2024

Program Schedule: Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and Sundays at 9:30 AM

Goal Race: Fleet Feet NYC's Turkey Trot Training 5K Fun Run on Sunday, November 24th, or any Fall 5K Race

Program Fee: $99 Early Bird Pricing | $119 Starting September 8th

Description: Whatever your running goals may be, Fleet Feet NYC is here to help you get started! This beginner-friendly Couch to 5K Training Program utilizes the run/walk/run method to slowly and steadily build up stamina. During this eight-week program, runners will learn the fundamentals of running, build distance, and gain the confidence to cross the finish line of our Turkey Trot Training 5K Fun Run, their Turkey Trot of choice, or any Fall 5K Race.
