- Spikes, sale shoes, limited-edition shoes, and Birkenstock sandals are FINAL SALE unless there is a visible manufacturer defect.
- All other footwear can be exchanged or returned for store credit. To receive a refund, footwear must be returned UNWORN, in the original box, and with the original insoles and laces.
- Items other than footwear and insoles such as apparel, accessories, and electronics must be in their original, unworn/unused/unopened sellable condition with the tags attached to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.
- All sale/clearance apparel and accessories are FINAL SALE.
- Nutrition items are FINAL SALE.
To offer the best shopping and product-exchange experience to our customers, we reserve the right to determine whether a product is in unworn/unused/unopened, sellable condition and limit the number of exchanges/returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our policy.
