This challenging workout will push your limits and encourage you to do exercises you might not normally do. This program is about building strength as we start the spring season and get back outside on the roads with more frequent walks and runs. You'll be challenged to complete burpees, squat jumps, pushups and other bodyweight exercises that test your strength...and most importantly....BUILD your strength.
Complete the daily exercises in any order you like- but to be considered a finisher, you have to check off every exercise on the grid. Do the daily challenges indoor or outdoors...just get them done!
Once you are registered, you will receive a printable copy of the challenges below and a full explanation sheet of how/proper form, etc. Official finishers will receive the coveted INSANITY shirt and will celebrate with us in early April!
All net proceeds from this challenge will go to assist families living in the Kibera Slum in Nairobi, Kenya. Emily and Keith visited the slum in mid-January and saw the extensive needs of the nearly million people that reside there.
