Our Two Cities 5K training lets you be a part of the action without the long miles. Get that fitness training in and work together with friends to create a fitness routine that's fun, encouraging and something you look forward to! Two Cities 5K Fitness 

This training group will get you ready to cross that finish line and we will get you there as we gently increase your weekly mileage. We will offer fun weekly routes with inclusive workouts for the walker, interval walk/runner and runner. Whether you are ready to conquer your first 5k or are looking for camaraderie and a fun group to belong to as you step up your fitness, we are here to help. Our Two Cities 5K Fitness training group isthe official training group of the 2CM 5K!

Goal Event: Two Cities Gavin Gladding Memorial 5K 

Duration: 8 weeks, two group training runs per week

Dates: Sept. 13, 2025 - November 2, 2025

Days and times: Tuesdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 7:00am

Gear Night: Tuesday, 9/16 (Get 10% off storewide and a Gift with purchase!)

Cost: $80, includes Fleet Feet Running Club T-shirt

First Day of Training/Kickoff: Saturday, September 13th at 7:00am

you all the details and answer any questions you have!
