Jeff started running in 2014 with the goal of running just one marathon. Within a year, he had gone above and beyond that goal, having run several marathons. Since then, he has run many ultra-marathons, including the Arkansas Traveller 100 in October 2018. Jeff has organized and taught at several trail running clinics and obtained his Level II Coaching Certification through the Road Runner's Club of America. He is the coach for our No Boundaries 5k and 10k training programs.
