Program Description
Make it a Mile is a four-week program designed to help beginning runners and walkers take the first steps toward getting healthy. This program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. This is a beginner walking or walk/run program but can also be used as a jump-start for other fitness goals you may have.

In-store Kick-Off Open House on Monday, January 27 at 6:00 PM

First group workout is Saturday, February 1 at 8:00 AM

Three group meet-ups per week from the Fleet Feet Louisville St. Matthew's location and our local parks
