Join Fleet Feet Sports Madison & Sun Prairie this week for these free group runs, pub runs, info sessions and the Spring Madison Marathon Events! Good luck to all of our Force of Orange and No Boundaries participants as they compete in their goal races!

Tue May 19- Good Form Running Clinic-Free-Fleet Feet Sports Sun Prairie-Please RSVP

Wed May 20- Free Group Runs, 2-5 miles for all paces. Fleet Feet Madison @5:45pm OR Fleet Feet Sun Prairie @6:00pm

Wed May 20- No Boundaries 5K Summer Training Info Session-Fleet Feet Madison @7:15pm

Thur May 21- Free Pub Runs, up to 5 miles @6:00pm for all paces-social hours follow. Meet at Nitty Gritty Sun Prairie OR Craftsman Table & Tap Middleton. The race director from the Madison Mini Marathon & 5K will be with us at Craftsman. Find out more about this annual event, wear your past Mini gear for a chance to win prizes!

Thur May 21- Sponsored Event Aquathon Madison Series #1- Warner Park Beach, 7:00pm

Sat May 23 & Sun May 24- Sponsored Event Madison Marathon Spring Events, including Kid's Race, 5K & 10K Twilight Runs Sat eve. & Half Marathon & Walk Sunday am.

Mon May 25- Memorial Day Holiday Store Hours: 10am-3pm--Enjoy your holiday!

HDC is comprised of St. Mary’s Hospital, Meriter Hospital, UW Hospital, Stoughton Hospital, Group Health Cooperative of South Central WI and Public Health Madison & Dane County. Every 3 years the HDC conducts a countywide Community Health Needs Assessment.
