Wed Sept 21:  Free group fun runs at 6pm - up to 5 miles for all paces.  Fleet Feet Madison OR Fleet Feet Sun Prairie

Thur Sept 22:  Free Michelob Ultra Training Run combined pub run at 6pm -  up to 5 miles for all paces with The Madison Marathon -  Meet at the Red Zone Madison

Sat Sept 24:  Fleet Feet has taught and encouraged self-awareness. We're taking this a step further by offering a FREE self-defense and awareness class on Saturday, September 24 at the Vilas Park Beach House (1501 Vilas Park Drive). The class will start at approximately 9:00 a.m.  Please RSVP.
