Thursday, November 7th - Pub Run (6:00 pm | Fieldwork Brewery) - Kick off Monterey Bay Half Marathon Weekend with us at a Pub Run.
Saturday, November 9th - Shakeout Run (8:00 am | Fleet Feet Monterey): Loosen up your legs with us the day before the race.
Monday, November 11th - Medal Monday Pub Run (6:00 pm | Fieldwork Brewery) - Celebrate an incredible race weekend on Monday night at our weekly Pub Run. Whether you ran at the Monterey Bay Half Marathon or had another race, we want to celebrate you!
Course Preview Opportunity:
Are you eager for a preview of the Monterey Bay Half Marathon Course? Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 19th (8:00 am), and seize the opportunity to join the Monterey running community and a few of the race's pacers as we run a portion of the course together. We have partnered with Nino The Trainer to bring our community at post course preview recovery clinic. There will be two 30 min clinics:
11:30 am Clinic #1: "Learn how to use the Therabody Gun to reduce soreness, improve circulation and prevent injury"
12:30 am Clinic #2: "Discover how proper foam rolling can improve flexibility and release muscle tightness, helping you stay healthy and run pain free"
