Time to Get Ready for the Monterey Bay Half!
Are you ready to conquer the Monterey Bay Half Marathon? Whether you're a seasoned runner or a first time half marathoner, we have the perfect training program to help you achieve your goals!
Running Program Details:
The fall half marathon training program for the Monterey Bay Half will be a comprehensive schedule of running workouts, cross-training and rest days that will ensure a gradual progression of mileage and speed building to make sure you are at your peak for race week. This program is designed for all skill levels and can be modified for all ages and running styles. All programming is written for you by a knowledgable running coach so you can focus solely on completing your goal, be it qualifying for Boston or crossing the finish line. The two hardest runs per week are done as a group on Wednesdays and Saturdays to help you power through the challenges and grow to be a stronger runner. There will also be support and tech demos to all our runners over the 12 week course. Come join us and feel part of a community while accomplishing your goals!
Here’s what you can expect
- 12 weeks of daily training with our expert coaches

- Warmup and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- 2X weekly strength routines to make you strong and resistant to injury
- Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training

Times and Locations:
Our Training meets on Wednesdays at 6:00 - 7:30 pm (MPC Track) and Saturdays at 7:30 AM. Our workouts are 90 mins, depending on the distance of the run/walk.
