Our experienced, professional staff are available to provide your workplace with personalized fitting, coaching, and advice based on your company's needs. The staff at Fleet Feet Sports Santa Rosa is eager to help your company promote a healthy lifestyle which can in turn produce a more enthusiastic and productive workplace. We can provide material for company meetings, customized training programs, on site fittings, and health fairs.

Lunch & Learns

Lunch & Learn topics menu:

Fleet Feet Sports is committed to building a healthy community through partnering with local businesses to provide free 30 or 60 minute seminars covering various health related topics. These can be scheduled as breakfast or evening presentations too!

General Fitness Presentation is a brief overview of three basic concepts:  Components of a successful exercise program, essential exercise equipment, and proper running/walking form.  The hour long presentation includes prevention and treatment of common walking/running injuries.

Good Form Running is a comprehensive, one hour class on the four components of proper running form.  This class includes a video gait analysis of each participant. Class is limited to 15 people.

Essential Running and Walking Equipment is a thorough discussion about proper footwear, apparel and other equipment necessary for comfort and maximum success.

Team Walks/Runs.  We will come out to lead your team on a 2 to 5 mile walk or run.  Let us map out a course from your office and lead the way.  We will give a brief overview of good form before the event.  Participants must agree to sign a waiver before joining this group.

Superfeet Insole Fitting

As the premier Superfeet preferred retailer, we are passionate about Good Foot Health. We are equipped to come to your office, warehouse, or brewery to fit your staff for the proper Superfeet for their current work wear. Superfeet insoles help adapt the flat two-dimensional midsoles of your footwear to your three-dimensional foot. We offer a wide range of Superfeet products to work with all types of shoes including dress shoes, work boots, and athletic shoes. Fitting service available for all group sizes and includes special event pricing.

Health Fairs

Help educate your staff by inviting us to your health fair. We will bring along a small sampling of the latest and greatest in running/walking footwear, insoles, injury prevention, and recovery products. We also come prepared to talk about general foot health, training advice, and motivational tips.
