
Training is easier (and more fun) with friends! With Fleet Feet’s Training Program, you’ll find a holistic training plan to help you cross the finish line feeling empowered. Training isn’t just about logging miles. It’s about learning to challenge yourself incrementally, tackling different types of runs, building strength and making space for rest and recovery. With our training plan, you and your fellow runners will bond as you train, learn and improve together, with plenty of support along the way.
We are offering nine-week training programs for three distances: 5K, 10K and Half Marathon. Our target races are in Windsor on May 4, 2025. Racing is not required! Race registration is separate from the training group and information can be found at www.RunWineCountry.com
Here is what you can expect:
- 9 week training plan, beginning March 8, 2025 and culminating May 4, 2025 (race day!)
- In person support for accountability, fun and camaradarie
- Warm up and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
- Saturday group long runs at various locations in Sonoma County
- Mobility and cross training exercises to balance your training
- Coaching support both in person and via email to answer your questions along the way
