Jump Start Your Health |
Make it a Mile is a four-week program designed to help beginning runners and walkers take the first steps toward getting healthy. This program includes a safe, guided training plan designed to allow you to work at your own pace in a non-threatening, non-judgmental environment. This is a beginner walking or walk/run program but can also be used as a jump-start for other fitness goals you may have.

What You Get |
- A 4-week coached and organized training program
- In-store Kick-Off Open House on Sunday, July 7th 4:00 - 5:00PM (Fleet Feet 300 E Front St. Traverse City)
- First group workout is Sunday, July 14th
- Two group meet-ups per week from the Fleet Feet Traverese City Downtow Location
- Sunday @ 4:00PM
- Wednesday @ 5:30PM
- Weekly newsletters with motivational and educational content, special offers & more
- Consistent training format, making time for a warm-up and cool-down each time
- Sunday workouts also begin with a 5 – 10-minute educational session followed by our prescribed workout
- Wednesday sessions begin with a 10-minute strength training session to support joint health and injury-free movement
- Access to the Running Club Coordinator, head coach & mentors, and extended Fleet Feet Team. We are here for you!
