Sole Sisters Training Group is a program designed by women for women! This 6 and a half week program is built around friendship, and promises a safe welcoming environment for everyone regardless of where you are on your running journey. This group will meet Tuesdays at 7am and Thursdays at 6pm.
Led by your favorite Fleet Feet Traverse City outfitter Alison who brings a wealth of knowledge from years spent coaching and as a very accomplished runner herself. If you have lived in Traverse City very long you have probably seen her out on the trails or in the store as she has been a staple in the running community for years.
When: October 15th - November 26th
When: Tuesdays at 7am and Thursdays at 6pm
Where: Fleet Feet Traverse CIty Downtown
What is Included: A propely fitting sports bra, 6 week training program, a coach and support group, an inclusive womens only enviroment, twice weekly group runs, exclusive discounts and party!
Cost: $70 ($35 of this will go directly to help breast cancer research and treatment at the Cowell Family Cancer Center here in Traverse City.
