Wanting to train for something, but aren't quite ready to join a program for an entire year? Well, thankfully, we have a quarterly program designed to give you the training and accountability you're looking for to help you reach your goals!
The quarterly membership runs from September 2020 - November 2020. The best part is you pick the path you take to get to your destination. We layout the program options and you pick what best fits your work-life schedule. We want to help you be the best you can be on your journey. Every mile, workout, and race is pre-planned so that you do not have to worry about your week ahead - whether you're just starting out or looking to be faster than ever.

Fully supported Saturday morning long runs from Fleet Feet with key and bag drop, restrooms, hydration fuel supplement samples of Nuun, Tailwind, Maurten among others, and water all be provided

Additional/ optional workouts during the week with other FFRC members

Quarterly Membership
Program Start: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, or October 1st!
Program Schedule: Tuesday 6:30 PM, Thursday 6:30 PM, and Saturday 7:00 AM
Program Fee: $110 excluding race fees
