What if a whole year of training was planned for you from Day 1? We're starting an annual comprehensive training program to keep you staying fit year-round. Over the past couple of years, we have fostered a core training group, and the Annual membership is our next evolution of that year-round running team! The best part is you pick the path you take to get to your destination. We layout the program options and you pick what best fits your work-life schedule. We want to help you be the best you can be on your journey.
Every mile, workout, and race mapped out for you - whether you're just starting out or looking to be faster than ever. Do not train alone this year, join the fastest growing and most fun (although we might be biased about that part) training group in Columbia. We offer an annual membership to accommodate any fitness level and lifestyle and it won't be without some serious perks.
As a Fleet Feet Running Club Columbia Annual member you will receive an exclusive FFRC Columbia hoodie/jacket symbolizing you as a dedicated member of the best running group in Columbia. Annual members will be provided two FFRC Columbia tee shirts (one short sleeve and one long sleeve) and coupon books throughout the year with valuable discounts for in-store deals and savings. Participants will also receive valuable discount codes for local and regional races as they are made available.

Summer Speed & Strength Training (8 weeks each season)

Spring, Fall, and Winter Half Marathon Training (12 weeks each season)

Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter 5K-10K Training (8 weeks each season)

Training programs lead by knowledgeable coaches and encouraging mentors, where you have the option to meet up to 3 times a week with your group

Fully supported Saturday morning long runs from Fleet Feet with key and bag drop, restrooms, hydration fuel supplement samples of Nuun, Tailwind, Maurten among others, and water all be provided

Program Start: June 1st
Program Schedule: Tuesday 6:30pm, Thursday 6:30pm and Saturday 7:00am
Program Fee: $370 (excluding race fees)
