New Product Review: Aftershokz Trekz Titanium
Aftershokz Trekz Titanium wireless headphones are available now in all three of our locations ($100). We had several staff members put them to the test. Here are their thoughts:
Brian, floor manager and coach
"I ran with music for the first time since the days of carrying my Sony Discman in high school and loved every mile of it with the Aftershokz. There wasn't a wire to worry about getting my arm tangled in. They didn't slip or bounce. The music was crystal clear and, with them nestled just outside the ear rather than in the canal, so was the sound of the cars and bicycles I encountered along the way. One touch button on one side lets you skip ahead on your playlist and easy access to the volume controls on the other side lets you alter the EQ settings with ease. There's also a built-in microphone so you can use them to answer your phone."
Highlights:
- Sits outside your ear comfortably so you can hear your tunes and surroundings equally
- No slipping or bouncing
- Wireless so your arm doesn't get tangled in anything
- Great sound quality
- Easy to reach buttons let you skip songs from one side and work the volume controls/EQ settings on the other

"I've been using the Titanium Aftershokz for about a week and they're fantastic. At first I thought they were going to bounce around while running but utilizing the bands that came with the headphones helped them sit securely around my head. The battery life is good too; and by pressing the + button after turning them on it will tell you the strength of the charge. Since the last time I charged them I've used them for about 6 hours and they still have a medium charge. It's nice to have wireless headphones while running so you don't have to battle the wires connecting to the device you are using."
