Train With Us
Registration is open now for all of our fall training programs! This season we have programs for one mile up to half marathon. All of our programs meet twice a week, and you'll benefit from having the support of a large group of participants, mentors, and coaches on every group run. You'll also learn how to properly fuel for your run, avoid common race mistakes, supplement your running with strength work and cross training, and much, much more!

Make it a Mile
Make it a Mile is a four-week program designed to help beginning runners take the first steps toward getting healthy. The program includes a safe, guided training plan that will allow you to work at your own pace in a non-judgmental environment. At the end of the four weeks, you'll be able to run one mile feeling healthy, happy, and strong.
No Boundaries 5k
No Boundaries is a 5K training program designed for beginning runners, walkers, and run/walkers. It is sponsored by New Balance. Over the course of 8-10 weeks, you'll learn running basics and, with the help of our experienced coaches and motivational mentors, train to complete a 5K. The program includes two workouts per week, as well as seminars on important topics like nutrition, injury prevention, cross training. This is a great way to meet new running buddies, discover parks and trails in the Raleigh and Morrisville area, and increase your fitness level!

10k Training
Our 10k Training is a 12-13 week program to further runners and walkers toward their fitness and running goals beyond the 5K distance. This program program is designed to help you complete a 10K (6.2 miles).
Half Marathon Training
This is a beginner/intermediate training program designed to train participants to complete their first half marathon or improve their prior half marathon time. We'll meet as a group on Tuesday evenings for speed workouts, and on Saturday mornings for long runs.
PR Squad - 10k & Half Marathon
This is an intermediate/advanced-level training program for runners who have completed at least one race at their goal distance and want to better their time.
