Beginning Friday, May 8, we will open our doors to once again provide our in-store fit experience, with some modifications to protect our guests and staff. 

In addition to carefully monitoring the health of our employees, we're taking measures to keep you safe and healthy during your visit. These measures will enable us create a safe, responsible retail environment for you and for our staff. Thank you for helping us with this. 

To help us adhere to maximum occupancy restrictions and to reduce your wait time, we recommend that you make an appointment for in-store fittings.

Before You Enter the Store

• Check In: Our staff will set you up with the next available outfitter. 
• Mask On: Please bring your own face mask. We will have limited numbers of complimentary masks to guests not wearing one.
• Look Down: Follow floor decals to maintain social distancing best practices. 
• Feel Well: If you have any symptoms, please take advantage of curbside pickup, virtual fitting, or fleetfeet.com.

Starting May 8, we will be open 10-5 Monday-Saturday. Please also double-check our hours before your visit, as they may be subject to change. See here. 

What You Can Expect In-Store 

• Face masks for our outfitters. Employees also receive regular temperature checks. 
• No physical contact during our greetings or assessment
• Hand sanitizer stations throughout the store
• Social distance procedures and markers

Contactless Outfitting Still Available 

We will also continue our contactless services such as virtual fittings and curbside pickup for orders over the phone. We ask that any customers who are not feeling well, showing any symptoms, or who are simply uncomfortable shopping in-store at this time take advantage of these options, and please do not come into the store.
