Staying active is one of the best ways to keep your immune system at the top of it's game, and in times of heightened stress it becomes even more important to have a physical outlet. Luckily, you don't need a gym to get a challenging, full-body workout! Several of our local fitness partners have provided online, mostly free, access to at-home workouts, virtual instructor-led fitness classes, and self-guided outdoor or treadmill interval training to keep our community healthy.
