Your potential has No Boundaries

The No Boundaries 5K program, designed for all fitness levels – runners and walkers included— gets together each spring and fall for camaraderie, health, and personal growth. Inclusive and led by engaging and experienced coaches, this group is often the first step, an introduction for many, to goal-oriented group fitness. 

The name “No Boundaries” isn’t just a testament to the core inclusivity and welcoming community of our beginner program; it hints at the boundless potential for personal growth that walkers and runners will discover when they join. 

Stop by one of our stores on a Thursday night and feel the buzz of excitement as runners gather for a group run, chatting about their shoes or an energizing workout from earlier that week. It’s on their faces as they head out the door: a tinge of anticipation and a glimmer of excitement for where they’re heading. Laughs and loose conversations turn to group instruction and learning about topics like nutrition and running form.

No Boundaries is a steppingstone on the path to reclaiming health of mind, body, and community. There are No Boundaries to where this journey leads. It might lead to a series of 5K races as a runner gets hooked on the elated frenzy of those race mornings, fueled by new friends and bagels. For others, building to a 10K or half marathon is the goal. And few will recall those early runs with No Boundaries, their first running family, as they toe the line for a marathon, 26.2 miles of bucket-list dreams-come-true. They’ll be surrounded by others who took that initial step and joined a local fitness group, looking for the support of experienced trainers and the freedom of unlocked potential.

Isn’t that why we get up and move?

It’s a connection to our own minds and bodies, and others who, like us, enjoy inclusive communities with a shared goal. Freedom is in this connection, a freedom to feel our hearts beat and shoes touching pavement on a greenway trail or sidewalk. Freedom is in those balmy spring evenings and crisp fall mornings, tasting fresh air and laughing with a group of friends, sweating in a circle of smiles.

No Boundaries is a program built for anyone ready to experience that freedom; it’s built for you and me, your friends and my friends.
