Cryosphere delivers ice massage at it's best!

Every year I travel to two or three running-specific trade shows where I search far and wide for new and exciting products that will help Fleet Feet customers move more comfortably and perform at their best.  My latest find is the Cryosphere, a simple but very well-designed and well-engineered accessory that combines cold therapy (aka, cryotherapy) with massage (aka, myofascial release).  The 3.15” in diameter metal ball contains 3.4 ounces of travel-safe cooling gel.  Put it in the freezer for 2 hours and it will stay cold for 6 hours!  Use the sphere in its case to roll cold into sore and tight areas.  Remove it from its casing, put it on the ground, and use it as an orb roller!   The $40 Cryosphere is now my go-to icing solution. - David Spetnagel, Owner, Fleet Feet St. Louis
