What is Curbside Pickup? | Our Curbside Pickup service allows you to order items from fleetfeet.com and pick them up at a Fleet Feet St. Louis location during our regular business hours. To see if an item is eligible for Curbside Pickup, select an item and size (if applicable). Once selected, the “Buy & Pick Up” option will appear next to the store location closest to you.
When can I pick up my Curbside Pickup order? | You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be held at the store for two days. If your order isn’t picked up within two days, we’ll cancel the order and void the pre-authorization charge on your credit card.
What do I need to bring to pick up my Curbside Pickup order? | To pick up your order, bring your order confirmation email and/or photo ID that matches the name on the order. Please note: Your online payment will be processed when you pick up your order, but you won't need to show your method of payment at the time of pickup.
Why was my Curbside Pickup order canceled before the pickup window expired? | Sometimes an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable online. In the rare occurrence that happens, we will need to cancel the item. We’ll send you an email to let you know as soon as possible regarding the cancellation.
Can I change my pickup location after I placed a Curbside Pickup order? | Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to change the pickup location for an item after the order has been placed. If you’re unable to pick up your order at the store originally selected, you can cancel your order by emailing support@fleetfeet.com. An order will automatically be canceled if not picked up within the two-day pickup window.
When will I be charged for my Curbside Pickup order? | You will be charged for your order after it has been picked up. You may notice a pre-authorization charge on your debit/credit card after you place your order; this charge will be removed once your card has been charged or upon cancellation of your order.
Where’s the receipt for my Curbside Pickup order? | After you place your order, the order confirmation email will serve as your receipt. This charge will appear on your billing statement as: SPN*FleetFeetSpor
Can I cancel my Curbside Pickup order? | Pickup orders can be canceled by emailing support@fleetfeet.com. Orders will automatically be canceled if not picked up within the two-day pickup window.
Do you offer price matching on Curbside Pickup orders? | Upon pickup, if the item is for sale cheaper in the store, we will match the pricing of the item to the pricing in-store.
Can I use Personal Rewards points toward my Curbside Pickup order? | Yes! If you have an available Reward to use, it can be applied at checkout on FleetFeet.com.
How do I return my Curbside Pickup items? | If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 60 days of purchase. In order to return the item(s), bring the item(s) to your local Fleet Feet store with a copy of the emailed receipt that shows your order number. You can also contact us by email at support@fleetfeet.com to request a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. In this instance, we will refund your purchase upon receipt of the returned item.
