Our individual coaching option will provide:
- Initial 45-minute in-person run assessment that includes a review of your goals, video gait analysis and initial strength assessment
- Coaching given by an experienced UESCA and USA Track & Field adult and youth coach (USATF registration: here)
- Personalized run training program
- Nutrition, hydration, strength and pacing plans
- Regular in-person and/or virtual meetings with your coach to monitor progress and answer questions
- Personalized race plan and post-race analysis
- Merchandise discounts while enrolled in this coaching option
- Pricing varies based on frequency of communication and length of participation

Our Coaching Philosophy: We don't seek out and coach just elite athletes. Our goal is to bring out the best in you, no matter what your performance level or experience with the sport of running. We use a comprehensive training approach that focuses on your health and safety as well as long term physical and mental health regard the sport of running. Every coaching experience is unique and tailored to the individual.
About The Coach: Dave Wright, Owner of Fleet Feet Westport, has been coaching athletes of all ages for over two decades. He's an Assistant Coach with the Staples High School track and field team, Masters Track & Field Qualifier, NYRR Coach and 17x Boston Marathon Qualifier. He prioritizes injury-free training and both physical and mental wellness.
