What can you expect in this program?
In this group run training program, you'll receive the following:
- Coaching by experienced, energetic run coaches
- Run training program geared towards either a goal race, or general running fitness - your choice!
- Strength training, once a week, at the Westport-Weston YMCA
- Merchandise discounts at Fleet Feet Westport while enrolled!
NYRR Group Run Program - Spring 2025
Program Start: March 25, 2025 through May 16, 2025
Program Schedule: Group runs are Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:30 am. Runner strength training on Wednesdays at the Westport-Weston YMCA, 6:30 pm-7:30 pm
Program Fee: $255 for NYRR members, $315 for non-members
Description: NYRR Group Training has been helping runners in New York City achieve their goals since 2016. We are now introducing the same great training concept. Geared toward Fairfield County runners of all levels, these workouts offer coaching, camaraderie, and the inspiration that comes from running with others. No matter where you are on your running journey, your training will be supported in a welcoming atmosphere by coaches who encourage you to pursue your goals and have fun.
