Fleet Feet Accessibility Statement
We believe running changes everything. The first Fleet Feet store opened its doors in 1976 in Sacramento, California, and we've been outfitting runners with the right gear and knowledge ever since. From better health to better communities, we believe running has the power to effect change, so we seek to equip everyone to run better.
Fleet Feet is committed to delivering a premium experience to all users of our website by making it accessible to our audience, regardless of technology or ability.
Fleet Feet is committed to digital accessibility, and to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level A and AA and complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) effective communication requirements, and other applicable regulations.
To accomplish this, we have partnered with eSSENTIAL Accessibility to administer our accessibility program and oversee its governance. Their accessibility program evaluates and audits our digital products on an ongoing basis in accordance with best practices and is supported by a diverse team of accessibility professionals, including users of assistive technologies. The platform, moreover, goes beyond minimum compliance requirements by making an assistive CX technology application available to customers who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse, or reading. The application is free to download and it incorporates tools such as mouse and keyboard replacements, voice recognition, speech enablement, hands-free/touch-free navigation, and more.
When you select a link from our web pages, which leads to a third-party managed website, you are subject to the privacy, copyright, security, and information quality policies of that website and we cannot guarantee that the website will comply with the accessibility requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
Please be aware that our efforts to maintain accessibility and usability are ongoing given the evolving nature of our digital properties and technologies. If you experience a web accessibility issue, please let us know by emailing accessibility@fleetfeet.com. We appreciate you providing our team the opportunity to make all reasonable efforts to resolve this issue for you.
