Whether you are just getting started with running and/or walking, a returning part of the Fleet Feet Fam, or just looking for some group camaraderie we have a great program for you! Our program will help you cross the finish line of the Fleet Feet 4 Miler in April feeling strong, happy, and accomplished! This program is great for those looking to take their first steps into running and walking training! No prior running or walking experience is necessary and all paces are welcome!
Sign Up More InfoThe goal of Mini Milers is to promote the activity of running through fun, dynamic running-related games and exercises. We want to help your children increase their respective levels of endurance by working up to a consistent regimen of running by the end of the program. Parents are welcome and encouraged to participate with their children!

Whether you are a first time distance runner, a returning part of the Fleet Feet Fam, or just looking for some group camaraderie we have a great program for you! Our program will help you cross the finish line of the Tar Heel 10 Miler in April feeling strong, happy, and accomplished! This program is great for those looking to take their first steps into distance training and more experienced runners and walkers too! We recommend you be able to run or run/walk 4-6 miles on your own. This season we will have a separate program for the Tar Heel 10 Miler Training and the Fleet Feet 4 Miler Training.
Sign Up More InfoJoin us for our Summer Miles Club to help get your training in during the sweaty, summer months! Meet us on Saturday mornings for a fun long run of various distances. We'll have organized pace groups and routes, water and nuun, popsicles, and challenges throughout the summer to help keep you motivated! Keep your momentum going while the temperature and humidity rises or use this group as a way to build your base for your fall racing goals.

Whether you are a seasoned trail runner looking for a new challenge or have never set foot on a trail, join us for 10 weeks of exploring some of our favorite local running trails. For our Spring season we'll be focusing on Trail Training Techniques as well as building our endurance. This group will meet once a week on Sunday mornings at 8 am at different trail heads to get you ready to tackle the Harepin TrailRuns on May 3rd, 2025.
