Not happy with your purchase? We want to make it right. If what you bought from Fleet Feet isn’t working for you, return it within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund, exchange, or gift card. That’s our Happy Fit Guarantee.

*Note: Orders placed prior to March 17, 2025 are eligible for a return for 60 days from the order date, which can be found in your order confirmation email. Orders placed on or after March 17, 2025 are eligible for a refund, exchange or gift card for 30 days from order date.

Here's How It Works:

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the time you bought your item to decide if it's right for you. For example, if your purchase was made March 17th, the last day for a refund, exchange, or gift card is April 16th.
  • Keep Your Receipt: You must provide your receipt or online order number.
  • Product Condition: Most items in new condition that are returned within 30 days will receive a refund, exchange or gift card. Some items have a modified return policy noted on the receipt, fleetfeet.com or in-store. Items that are opened, damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
  • Exchanges: You may exchange your products purchased in-store for equivalent products of equal or lesser value. To exchange your online order, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Online Purchases: Bought something from our website? Visit our online returns portal to start the process, and we'll guide you through every step. You can also return your online purchase at your nearest Fleet Feet store.
  • Gift Cards: If you are issued a gift card, the value of the card will be the original purchase price. Physical gift cards can be used online at fleetfeet.com or in any Fleet Feet store. Digital gift cards issued for online returns can be used online or in-store.

Return Instructions

Return to a Fleet Feet Store: Whether your product was purchased in-store or online through fleetfeet.com, you can bring your item (with packaging and receipt) to any Fleet Feet store to return it.

Ship Your Return: If you purchased your product online through fleetfeet.com, you may ship your item back to us. Begin the return process in our online returns portal. You will need your online order number. Shipping your return is only available for online purchases.

Return Packaging: To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must match the original order and must be enclosed in a protective box or bag. All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, and the shoebox must be enclosed inside another protective box or bag. Don’t stick the shipping label directly onto the shoebox. If you do not follow these instructions, returns packaged only in the shoebox or otherwise without a protective box or bag will be considered a used product and be ineligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping Fees: Subject to a few exceptions, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item back to us free of charge. Free return shipping is only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.

Online Exchanges: To exchange your online order, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Processing: The time it takes for the refund to be reconciled depends upon the speed of your financial institution. This typically takes between one and four business days. Refunds to credit cards will only be issued to the card used for the original purchase. For cash refunds under $150, we’re happy to process them on the same day. For cash refunds over $150, these will be issued within 2-3 business days. Please note that local rules may apply. The value of the refund will be the original purchase price, regardless of the current price of the item.

Limitations

If we indicate that any items are “final sale,” the items are not eligible for return. Exchanges are contingent upon equivalent product availability and inventory management practices. Fleet Feet reserves the right and has the discretion to decline an exchange and issue a full refund. Any abuse of this returns policy, including fraudulent, excessive, or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.
