Fit: Size Small fits legs with a circumference of up to 19" when measured 3" above the kneecap. Order the XL size if your leg measures larger.

IT Band
Bought one due to dr advice. Had IT band tendinitis/syndrome w/tensor fascia lays MTJ tenderness. After wearing for 2 weeks it is much better. I ordered the XL and it fits however I wish it was a bit longer. It bruises a bit yes to being a little tight
