Directions Apply it to your underarms, inner thighs, crotch, nipples or feet before and during activity or as needed. The stick is best used in cooler temperatures below 70℉ while the tub is best in warmer temperatures up to 120℉. When using the tub, let the salve soften in the warmth of your hand, then apply generously.
