KARHU Synchron 2.0
Features
Get cushion and support for every run with the KARHU Synchron 2.0.
The Synchron 2.0 boasts KARHU’s steadiest roll of all of their running shoes. The Stingray Fulcrum combined with a full contact rubber outsole provides stability for runners who overpronate or have flexible arches. Karhu repositioned the Fulcrum and re-engineered the AeroFoam Nova to make it a bit more flexible for smoother transitions.
Whether you are standing all day or going for your long run, you will love the cushion from the moment you put it on your feet until the end of the day when you slip it off. The midsole material is lighter and softer to give you more comfort on each and every run.
The knit upper is comfortable and breathable, while KARHU’s signature M-Lock provides for a great midfoot lockdown to keep you secure. Plus, the asymmetrical lacing prevents any pressure on the top of the foot and provides a great fit. Runners of all footshapes thought the shoe fit their foot well in our KARHU Synchron 2.0 review, thanks in part to it being shaped by Fleet Feet's FitID footscans.
When you slip into the KARHU Synchron 2, you’ll find one of the best cushioned and comfortable running shoes out there.

Unhappy
I Purchased these shoesBased off sizing at fleet feet! They are supposeTo be wide! They hurt the sides of myFeet! I would have returned them but walkedOutside in them
Finally a shoe to be excited about wearing.
The most impressed I've been in years! It's form fitting but room enough in the toe bed. I have small bunions and had been finding my go-to brands (Mizuno wave inspire) and more recently NB (860) were not cutting it (too narrow--I have normal but tend-toward narrow feet) or too short (I am a 7- 7.5 foot and get a size 8 sneaker). I tried this shoe at a Fleetfeet and was so happy I ordered a 2nd pair. Compared to the Mizuno and NB these might be a little narrower but they are so much more comfortable. They provide good support and stability. I purchased the turquoise blue color and love them! The laces are unique (from what I have experienced) and compliment the shape and movement of the foot.
Cracked Sole
sole on right shoe cracked across ball of foot after 5 months of average use. I'm not a runner - I walk a couple times a week. It's too late to return to Fleet Feet. These were way too expensive to start falling apart so soon.
I love this brand!
My favorite shoes! Was introduced to Karhu at your West Hartford store and have worn them ever since then! Super comfortable and supportive even on my weird heels. I’m so happy to have found these! Love them.
Shoe broke in 3 months
I was thrilled to find this brand as it fit my narrow foot so snuggly. I really enjoyed wearing this shoe for about 12 weeks. Then I suddenly noticed that there was a crack across the entire sole of the shoe where the ball of my foot is. The shoe is basically split in half. There must be an issue with the way these shoes are made as I've never had this issue with any shoe previously. Neither Fleet Feet nor Karhu would replace the shoe even though this happened only 3 months after purchase. I'm disappointed as this was my first time buying anything from Fleet Feet.
Great brand and great shoes
Went to fleet feet to get fitted. I had never heard of Karhu until I tried them on. I knew immediately that these were the ones. So comfortable and really fit great.
Great support
I purchased this shoe in 8 wide at Fleet Feet near Nashville. I have hip and knee problems. I previously wore Brooks. I tried on a new pair of Brooks New Balance and Karhu. The Karhu gave me much better support. I have had them for 5 months and I still love them.
