Fleet Feet to the rescue!
I found my NB sneakers to be extremely comfortable and to provide great support! When a piece of the sole came off after less than a month Fleet Feet provided superb customer service. They took back the damaged sneakers issued a credit and ordered a new pair for me. They are wonderful to work with!

New Balance shoe purchase
I loved my recent experience at Fleet Feet. I was helped to see that I needed a bigger size shoe. I also was helped to understand that even though the shoes I was wearing weren't in too bad of shape the two and a half years I had worn them was much too long for the amount of walking I do. It was explained to me that the soles and foam loose their cushion and that it is not good for my feet and that the feet effect my entire body. I asked about how long I should wear the shoes for the amount of walking I do regularly and I was told about 10 or 11 months. That was good to know. And then it turned out that I had forgot my wallet and had no money with me. So I was told to come in the next day to make the order and to pay. The young man who waited on me was patient and just wonderful. My experience was perfect!
