This is the second pair of these I’ve owned. They are so light and I don’t feel like I have shoes on. They are so comfortable! I tell all of my friends to get them

I never got my shoes. We ordered Dec 18th and we went back to store to let them know that when I tracked them it was still showing they were in FL. Looked in store in Greenville NC and had nothing in stock in my size. So we asked for a refund. The young lady that helped us was very nice. They were a birthday gift from my husband to me. I have pursued from the store before and had no issues. But this was very disappointing.

We absolutely love this style! Comfortable attractive easy to slip on and off.

As a Christmas gift I received a pair of your sneakers. They are almost perfect on my feet but I have bones on my big toes and I would like to get 7 1/2 wide option. I did not see this option. Can you please tell me if you do so I could exchange them sooner than later

Hands down the best training shoes available for such a reasonable cost.

I’m 49 years old and I I bought these for a trip to NYC which I knew would include a lot of walking. I wore them for about a week ahead of my trip to break them in. I ended up with over 60000 steps in 4 days in New York. My feet never hurt once! I loved that these shoes come with non-tie laces for easy on and off as well as a pair of regular laces if I decide I need them. These shoes are very lightweight and made walking a breeze. This is my second pair of On Clouds. I have a pair of On Cloudgo running shoes for my workouts at the gym but these On Cloud 5’s have become my staple shoe for daily wear around town while I’m running errands. Totally worth the investment!

One pair of ON got a hole in them to no fault of fleet feet and by stood behind warranting them. Fleet feet made the process super simple and gave us store credit as soon as we dropped the old shoes to be returned. Can’t ask for better customer service than that!

This is my fifth pair of On Cloud 5 shoes. They are extremely comfortable and wear well. I am a 4-6 mile per day fast walker.

I love this shoe! I usually wear 7 1/2 or 8 depending on the style of the shoe. I purchased this one in an 8. The 7 1/2 felt a little tight across my foot and I have a slim foot. This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever purchased in my life. I had ankle surgery. This shoe is light and sturdy enough to not cause too much movement of my ankle like soft cushioned shoes but it is not hard so it doesn't cause the bottom of my feet to hurt. Perfect! I will be purchasing them in more colors.The ONLY negative comment I have about this shoe is that the material is so thin. I wore them on a cold day (40 degrees) and my feet felt like I had no shoes on. My feet were freezing. The wind just blew right through these shoes. It would be great if they could make them with a material for winter.

I loved that these shows were instantly comfortable. No breaking in needed. Also super lightweight and slim attractive profile. The problem for me is I have a narrow heel and after wearing for a long walk I realized my heel slips out just enough to make them unsupportive. I was very sad to have to return!

I like the slip on aspect but let’s be honest you have to wriggle your heel in there every time. The off white color is nice when you want a fitness shoe but don’t want it to be loud in color. I wear mine mostly for walking or while running errands. My only issue is that it is somewhat tight in the toe box area. My feet tend to go numb in the toe box when wearing for more than 30 minutes or so.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Been searching for walking shoes that i can wear all day. These are the ones!

I have had these shoes before but this pair is not a very good quality. I plan on returning them. Very uncomfortable!

This is my fourth pair of the On Cloud 5 shoe! I love them and they are great to wear every day for errands and such. And they were also great on the 10 miles we walked each day at Disney!

The shoes were comfortable but they ripped very quickly. I purchased them in April and then ripped in August. I don't do any strenuous activities. I also don't use them on a daily basis. I was very disappointed.

I like the cushioning and the weight is very light but something about the way this shoe is made causes more of a heel strike than the toe strike. My legs are constantly sore I just think they have a strange feeling in mid foot where it seems to rise up there. I really tried to get through these but the aches on my legs are not normal and only began with these shoes. Will keep them for walking when it doesn't matter so much. Feels very flat footed to me not exaclty sure what the issue is since the previous Mizuno Wave has 8 drop as well and no issues with that shoe which i am now going to go back to.

I love these this is my second pair and these are so amazing and easy to walk on. They are comfortable and cute. Ian going to get my third pair soon. I recommend these to you.

This is my third pair! They are incredibly comfortable for all day wear AND walking 5 miles.

As soon as my daughter’s feet grew to Youth size 3 I replaced her youth shoes with On Clouds. She enjoys and loves her on Clouds in Women size 5 & currently has 3 pairs that she loves to go to school in go to the neighborhood playground does sprint training in and as an overall every day shoe. She appreciates the minimal level of cushion which she says is still more than what her youth shoes had. We will continue to buy them for her as she grows.

Great fit very comfortable and love that I don’t have to tie laces!

I love this shoe. This is my fifth pair. I have a narrow width foot and have found that this shoe is as close to narrow as I have ever found and fits perfectly. It is also very cushy which being very durable.

I just had ankle surgery and am out of a cast and needed a good pair of shoes. I recommend the ON clouds to everyone especially people who need support.

This is my second pair of onclouds and I do NOT love these! I loved my first pair and had them over a year before breaking down to get this new pair! They HURT my feet so bad and I’ve tried to break them in just thinking they were new! But it’s like they are much more narrow in the toe area and I don’t have wide feet!

I sooo love Fleet Feet Pawleys the staff is amazing they helped me find the right size for the Percy shoe and I wear they every day. So happy that I keep buying more in every color!

These are wonderful and light weight but I wore them daily and felt they blew out kind of quickly. I need more cushion a shoe than your average person so if you do too I recommend the Cloudstratus 2.0.

Second pair in a year and great choice again. Since wearing them it has help my knee problems. And excellent look for everyday.

The shoes were exactly as I suspected light weight and comfortable. However the customer service was disappointing. I ordered on a Wednesday paid extra for 2-3 days shipping and didn't receive until Monday.

These are very comfortable tennis shoes. I love that not only are they comfortable but they are a cute color as well. I will definitely buy again.

There is something wrong with the design of this shoe. The heel cup gets out of shape at the top (where it wraps around the achilles) and causes a lump that rubs the skin to a blister and makes the shoe unwearable. This is the second pair I have tried. This time I was VERY VERY careful never to slip my foot into the shoe without supporting that heel top and yet it's still getting lumpy and out of shape there. Come on On Cloud. You can do better. This is a design flaw that should never have made it to the consumer. At the prices you charge this should never be an issue. This might be the last On Cloud I buy which is a shame because the rest of the shoe is really good.

My feet have never felt so good. It has also helped my back pain as well. Would highly recommend to anyone

We took my daughter into Fleet Feet to find her a pair of On Clouds. The staff took so much time in sizing her properly and having her try on shoes until she found the perfect style. Unfortunately they were not in stock in her size. The gentle quickly offered to order them and have delivered directly to our home. As always the way we were taken care of was top notch! We only shop at Fleet Feet Greenville for our shoes!

While the shoes are comfortable and airy when you put them on after standing for 5 hours my feet and legs are still hurting as if I had on my other name brand shoes that cost 1/2 what I paid for the On Clouds. Just not worth all that money in my opinion to still have the pain...

I absolutely love my shoes and was extremely happy that I could order them online as well due to the distance of the nearest store to me and my work schedule! I only wear them for work as I am on my feet quite a bit as a surgery scheduler for a foot and ankle orthopedic surgeon.

I love the look and feel of the shoe. Not a clunky look at all and I like the cushion feel as I walk.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own

I was having a lot of foot pain and needed some good support. My daughter took me to your store in Indianapolis In. and I am very pleased to say even though the shoes are very expensive my feet are feeling much better. However I still have a problem with my feet getting hot and I have to tke them off for a little while.

Very comfortable shoes. I wear these shoes almost everyday and they are very supportive. My only complaint is that small rocks get stuck and I have to stop and get them out. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Definitely more cushioned than the previous model overall it is roomier. It’s a little loose around the midfoot I have to wear thicker socks.
