From the Old Town School of Folk Music to Conrad Sulzer Library to the open spaces of Welles Park, Lincoln Square welcomes you with a friendly, small-town vibe right in the heart of Chicago. Discover the influence of the German immigrants who first settled the land at the Chicago Brauhaus restaurant and the Maypole at the bend in Lincoln Avenue, where the yearly Maifest Chicago and German-American Fest take place to honor their heritage (and more than a few beers are hoisted, then downed, in celebration).
With their second location, Fleet Feet has catered to the needs of runners in the Lincoln Square and Ravenswood area since 2001. Originally opening at Lincoln and Wilson, the store moved in 2011 into a larger space – with a more expansive sales floor and upstairs seminar room for events – in the Lincoln Square pedestrian mall to better serve our customers. Every April, the store proudly sponsors the Ravenswood Run 5K, Chicago’s Original Neighborhood 5K, raising funds for the Ravenswood Community Services Food Pantry at All Saints’ Episcopal Church.
Fleet Feet Training Programs x CES offers Summer, Winter, and Spring Training sessions each year at the Lincoln Square Location.
