Program Description
This is a "couch to 5k" concept. This is a beginner level program. The program is 8 weeks and will allow you to start with a run/walk training guide with coaches here to lead and guide you through every step. Come let Fleet Feet help you achieve your goal of completing the BMW Dallas 5k or 8k in December!
Sunday 5k class begins at 7am at:

Safe and organized weekly group long runs with pre-planned routes and pace groups
*Minors require a parent present during the training
Training Description
The 5k and 8k/10k programs are both 8 weeks long. You will progressively train, adding mileage from week to week, using a run/walk interval based approach.
Sunday mornings training runs include coaching workshops.
Tuesday morning training runs are an opportunity for you to do your weekly homework with coaching support.
This program will prepare you to participate in the Dallas Marathon weekend 5k or 8k race.
