This is a "couch to 5k" concept. This is a beginner level program and the cost includes a shirt and entry to one (1) Fleet Feet training clinic in the fall. The program is 8 weeks and will allow you to start with a run/walk training guide with coaches here to lead and guide you through every step. Sunday 5K/10k class will be 6 - 9 a.m. at Windhaven Meadows Park, 5400 Windhaven Parkway, Plano, TX 75093
** NOTE - Kick off for both 5k and 10k will be at Fleet Feet Plano, 2100 Preston Rd Suite 604, Plano, TX 75093

*Minors require a parent present during the training
TRAINING DESCRIPTION
The 5k and 10k programs are both 8 weeks long. You will progressively train, adding mileage from week to week, using a run/walk interval based approach.
Sunday mornings training runs include coaching workshops.
Tuesday morning training runs are an opportunity for you to do your weekly homework with coaching support.
This program will prepare you to participate in a late summer / early fall 5k or 10k race of your choice!
