This group is ideal for runners looking to complete their first 10k or wish to improve their 10k time. To have the optimum experience, we suggest that you have completed one 5k and can complete a mile using run/walk intervals in less than a 13:30 pace.
The 12 week program begins Tuesday, January 28, in preparation for the Drake Road Races 10k on April 19. You will receive coached sessions two times a week (23 total sessions)-- Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:15 AM. Additionally, registration includes weekly coaching emails, friendly pace-setters to keep you on track and provide encouragement, support and experience, and a race-day shirt. You bring the ambition, and we will bring the coaches, training, and support. We won't leave anyone behind.
