Our 5k Training Program is designed to help you gain and maintain momentum. There are four levels of our 5k Training Program to meet you where you are and then continue to grow. Whether you're looking for a couch-to-5k program, a new group of running friends, or you want to set a new personal record, Fleet Feet Des Moines has the program for you! Our 5k Training Program will hold you accountable, support you throughout your journey, and connect you with others who have similar fitness goals.
The 10 week program begins Tuesday, February 11, in preparation for the Drake Road Races 5k on April 19. You will receive coached sessions two times a week (20 total sessions)-- Tuesdays at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 8:15 AM. Additionally, registration includes weekly coaching emails, friendly pace-setters to keep you on track and provide encouragement, support and experience, and a race-day shirt. You bring the ambition, and we will bring the coaches, training, and support. Let's get after it!
