Have you ever wondered if you could conquer the Robie Creek Half Marathon? At Fleet Feet Treasure Valley, we are here to tell you that if you can walk/hike for 45 consecutive minutes, you absolutely CAN complete Robie by joining this Training Program!
Our 12 Week Robie Creek Training Program is led by Coach A.K., a Robie Creek Expert and Age Group Award Winner, and Assistant Coach Amy- a running and Robie Creek enthusiast. We are passionate about this race, knowledgeable about the course, and EXCITED to help others cross the finish line at Robie Creek. Whether you plan to run, run/walk interval, hike, or ruck the course this Training Program is for you.
The unique programming approach is time-based, not distance based- allowing for ANY fitness level to participate and successfully complete the race in April. This also means that the entire group will always start AND finish together, although the distance completed each week will vary participant to participant.

DATES
- STARTS: January 27th, 2025
- DURATION: 12 weeks
- ENDS: Saturday, April 19th with the half marathon race!
DETAILS
- PRICE: $175 until December 31st ($185 from Jan. 1 - Program Start)
- DISTANCE: Half Marathon
- EXPERIENCE LEVEL: There will be several training plans for athletes of all levels
- Beginners (If you can walk 35 minutes, you will be able to complete the race by the end of the program!)
- Intermediate (Athletes that have ran 10Ks and Half Marathons before, but maybe not uphill)
- Advanced (Athletes that are looking to improve their personal best at the race)

MEET YOUR COACHES
A.K Whittaker (EMAIL) - Head Coach
Amy Rogalsky - Assistant Coach
Amy has worked in the fitness industry for over a decade. As a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor she found her passion in helping others find their own journey to health. Amy was inspired to start running for health reasons, and also after watching her husband complete the Race To Robie Creek. Something about seeing that challenge sparked a flame inside of her, and she wanted to get better at it. She started running over 7 years ago and has not stopped running since! Amy has completed countless 5k’s and multiple half marathons, with a goal to complete her first marathon on the horizon. Her favorite place on earth is the Boise Greenbelt, whether it’s running, walking or biking! She is the wife to a rock star man of 14 years and the mother to 4 beautiful children. When she’s not running she’s learning, lifting, or spending time with her family. She loves the outdoors more than anything else and prefers heat over snow! She also loves to cook and bake, sharing the spoils with others.

I did some research on Pinterest and just ran then one day on Facebook I saw a Fleet feet group with AK hosting a running workshop. I thought this would be a great opportunity to see how a real training program would look like compared to what I was looking at on Pinterest. Ak has such an amazing spirit and the love of running she has really is inspiring, anyone that also enjoys this hobby will be honored in running alongside AK.
