Resilient Runner is an in-person strength training class programmed by Dr. Kim Manlangit of Lakás Physical Therapy & Performance. Classes are instructed by Fleet Feet coaches.

Resilient Runner utilizes evidence-based principles of strength training for endurance runners to improve performance and prevent injury. Whether you are a new runner, retired runner, or veteran runner, Resilient Runner will help you become a stronger and more confident athlete. All shapes, sizes, and levels welcome! Coaches will tailor workouts to your individual ability level.

 Coaching

Fleet Feet's team of experienced coaches will check in with you at every workout to keep track of your progress, keep you motivated, and give you individualized feedback. Training groups are small, so you'll have plenty of one-on-one time with your coach. Coaching will focus on proper technique for each exercise/movement.

Community

The camaraderie of training with a group week after week will take your training to the next level. When the training gets more rigorous, you'll have the collective strength of the group to keep you moving forward. When you crush a key workout, the group will be there to celebrate your achievement. And on those days when you just don't feel like working out, the training group will keep you accountable.
