Program Schedule: Two meetings per week on Tuesday @ 6:15 pm and early Saturday mornings (5-7 am)

Description: Our Half Marathon Training Program is designed to prepare runners for endurance running. If you are looking to improve fitness, challenge yourself, and/or train to race, Fleet Feet's Half Marathon Training program is right for you! We suggest you are comfortable run/walking 5 miles before starting this program. We do recommend that you check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program. We will train together for approximately 10 weeks. More information will be sent after registering and closer to the start date. This season starts on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, with a meeting followed by a run and breakfast as part of the Able Nutrition and Fitness event at McDonald Park!
