Winter 2025 No Boundaries Beginner 5K

Program Schedule: Two meetings per week on Tuesday @ 6:15 pm and early Saturday mornings (5-7 am)

Goal Race: Arizona Distance Classic

Description: Discover the Power of Movement! In No Boundaries, you will find a community to cheer you, challenge you, and help you reach your goals. Whether you are looking to walk/run or learn to run, No Boundaries fits YOU. Join No Boundaries to train for your first 5k (3.1 miles) or simply to add a healthy habit to your routine.
