Needed a new treadmill shoe and this one fitted the bill perfectly soft but responsive and very very comfortable - loving the 1080 V13

Very comfortable my knee pain has been reduced and leg pain too

This is easily the most comfortable running shoe I've ever worn. Last year I got the 1080 v12 and they were great but they didn't feel near as cushioned as the v13s. The v13s have made me feel like a more comfortable runner. There's something about them that make me feel like a true runner. I would say the size was a little different from the previous year however. I got size 11 for the v12s but this year I had to go up to a 11.5 for the v13. If these are still around when I need a new pair of running shoes I will easily pick up another pair.

Wrong sneaker sent. Was a lot of work to receive the wrong item. Confirmation showed my order correct but that's not the item sent.

Love the feel of this shoe. The soles are just soft enough for comfort but still has the support needed.

The 1080 has been my go to shoe over the past few years so I was excited for the new revamp! I ordered a 9 the same shoe I have worn with the older models and the toe box felt tight. After going up a half size I had the same issue. The top of the shoes was pushing down on top of my toes. I was pretty disappointed after all the excitement I had for these. Wish I could rate these higher but the sizing has changed with the new model. I’ll be searching for a new daily trainer

They would have been great if you had actually filled my order. You didn’t. Due to a medical condition I really needed those shoes. A day or so later you refunded the money with no explanation. I went to New Balance online directly and got the shoes quickly no problem. BTW after getting fitted for the shoes in one of your stores it turned out there were no stores in Austin that had the size/ color in stock and having them shipped to a store or my home from your company was apparently not an option.

Nailed it! I love them. Ready to run right out of the box. I am guessing the will not last forever but I dm having good runs in them.

Cushion was there unfortunately I couldn't get alot of time in them because the wide wasn't wide enough. Also felt like the what a bump and the instep of my left foot really stretched causing pain.

I shattered my hip back in 2018 and have had to cope with arthritis in my right hip joint. I’ve been purchasing New Balance Shoes for years now and they’re by far the most comfortable for me. I’ve tried a ton of shoes and the New Balance Fresh Foam really delivers. My hip pain is reduced almost completely. I love the Fresh Foam line up and have continued to like the new shoes they keep producing. 5-Stars

The design of the ankle collar is problematic. It digs into the front of my ankle while walking and is actually painful. While running it isn’t too bad but I can still feel it. Everything else about the shoe is great but I’m going to return them.
