Good experience in the store. They were super patient when I tried on around ten pairs before I found these gems. They didn’t have my size or the color I wanted in the store but walked me through ordering while there. They arrived at my house a few days later. The shoes have the perfect cushion for road miles and have a good size toe box for my wide feet!

About to purchase my third pair of Mach 5s. I have been running and racing since I was 11 .... I am now 63...I am a forefoot runner and have found these to be absolutely perfect. They are light and quick as well as providing good cushion without sapping the energy out of your stride. I don't use them on trails the tread doesn't work but on the road and gravel they are excellent. I wear 6.5 usually size up to 7 in a running shoe but kept to 6.5 in these as they are pretty roomy. The only fault I have found with them is that their midsole isn't long lasting.......so you don't get quite the miles out of them as you might expect. If feel this is both external with the tread wearing down and internal with regard to the cushioning.

I’ve heard raving reviews about the HOKA and I have been so excited to put them to the test. And I do love them! They have ultimate cushion and spring when I am running out around our country roads. But I have one major hang up that may cause me to never buy these shoes again- the soles of the shoes are so soft that they are deteriorating and I’ve only done 9 runs in them. For reference I do run on pavement and I am not an overweight person. But I was very surprised that the bottoms had already started breaking down whereas my Brooks have to be retired before the soles get even close to wear and tear. I’m training for a marathon and I just don’t feel like I can trust these shoes to take me very far if I’m going to have to replace them much sooner due to this issue. Maybe I’m just a Brooks gal… and while these are great for short distances (5ks) they are definitely not Brooks!

I made the switch to Hoka’s two years ago and my feet have been so happy. I went to the Bondi 7 but did not like the Bondi 8. After trying the Mach 5’s I bought two pairs to put into my rotation and plan on phasing out everything but the Mach 5. They have the cushion I want and are so lightweight; love them!

I wanted to love this shoe. It’s lighter and zippier than Clifton but it’s a smidge too narrow. Also had to size 1/2 size down. Neither were deal breakers but complete lack of grip on pavement if wet or cold (frost) was nerve wracking. There is no rubber on outsole just the foam. Weather where I live is too unpredictable to wear this shoe for racing which was my intention

This is my 3 pair. They are so confi. I am staying the whole day my back pain is gone with this shoes.

These shoes are amazing and worth every penny! The most comfortable and light weight and offer the best support for my lower back! I would highly recommend these shoes!

Shoes fit well and hold up for daily long walks.

I want to love these shoes for the comfort level I just can't due to the fact that my soles catch weird when I walk and they trip me quite often. I'm kind of nervous that one day I won't be able to catch myself and actually fall. I do love how Ithey make me feel as though I'm walking on a cloud.

I was given so much personal attention on the day I visited Fleet Feet. They scanned my feet listened to my foot issues and worked with me until we found a pair of Hokas that were very comfortable!

I converted from Brooks Glycerin to these and love the lightweight but supportive shoes. They take some getting used to with the extended base rubber.

I had been having a lot of foot and knee pain so a friend recommended Fleet Feet. This was the best decision I could have made. Not only did they assess my foot pattern but they educated me on what’s necessary from quality footwear. We tried many different shoes until I found the perfect fit. Everything changed after I started wearing these shoes in the best way possible. Highly highly recommend!

This is a great shoe. As with all Hokas that I have purchased the fit and comfortability are top notch. The colors of this shoe are what drew me in and I love how they look!

I was sent to Fleet Feet by my podiatrist because I have heel spurs. They did all their scans and the Mach 5 was one they recommended. They are comfortable for work all day. They feel different than other sneakers I have previously owned so I had to get used to that. I love the white and copper color scheme.

I purchased 2 pairs of the Mach 5. I am in training for a long distance- up to 20 miles a day. These shoes don’t feel as heavy as others I have worn. Love the stability and the toe box is extra roomy.
